This video of installing a TV in an Apollo weatherproof enclosure is created for the US market. The NZ cables and plug box that come in our units are all supplied by Digi Screens to the manufacturer for fitting in the NZ range of enclosures.
If you would like a professional to install the Apollo enclosure we recommend you engage an electrician / home automation / AV company. They can install a waterproof power outlet and take care of any cabling and supply additional speakers you may want. With so many SMART TVs on the market today, you may easily be able to connect wirelessly using a Wifi extender. Check the specifications of the TV your purchase to see if this feature is available.
To ensure the brackets are suitable for outdoor installations, the Apollo mounts are zinc plated steel with UV powder coating and include stainless steel hardware.
There are three styles of Apollo weather resistant brackets to choose from and the details and specifications can be found here. You can have a fixed/tilt wall mount, a ceiling mount that allows you to rotate the screen to a different viewing area and a full motion wall mount that you can change the viewing angle from left to right and tilt down.
