CASE STUDY 1
Digital directory screen – 626 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland
Our client’s brief was for a digital directory screen to reflect the modern look of the newly renovated foyer of their building. This was the perfect time to upgrade to a Digi Screens digital directory screen. The 49″ commercial screen is the ideal solution for this space. As tenant churn is low, a USB flash drive containing the directory jpeg for display is used.

Digital multi-screen directory wall at Big Albert Building, 87 – 89 Albert St, Auckland
Planning to renovate and sell the building, our client required a modern and simplified digital directory screen in the foyer. The tenants could change so often that the board was not usually up to date so our client wanted to update the directory remotely.
As there were over 50 tenants we supplied the client with a video wall of 4 x 55″ screens installed under safety glass cover for protection from damage and theft. By using the software we supplied the tenants can be updated online at any time. The result is this eye-catching streamlined digital directory.

32″ digital directory screen – The Premier Building, Cnr Queen St and Durham St East, Auckland
The Premier Building Auckland, underwent a makeover, taking the tired old interior and redesigning it to reflect this heritage building in his glory days in the 19th Century.
The static sign that didn’t fit the board behind, had different fonts, some logos, some not and it reflected no “love” for its surroundings.
The new 32″ directory screen installed by Digi Screens reflects the new building signage style, colour and font and is one that always catches the eye of the property owner/manager looking to improve their foyer.
CASE STUDY 4
86″ Digital Directory Screen – Rapaki Property Group – 63 Albert St, Auckland
The directory board needed upgrading and the frame had lost its shine. The new screen has an aluminium frame around it so you can’t see behind it when you enter the foyer. Fans were installed in the new frame to ensure the enclosed screen did not over heat.
As the wall was glass we made modifications to the support bracket so new holes did not have to be drilled in the glass tiles and risk damage.
This meant we could not install Cat5 cable to connect the internet to the media player and there was no Wi-Fi available in the lobby. The solution was to install a media player with 4G connection to the internet. The client engaged Digi Screens staff to design the screen to their instructions and we also do all updates to the directory when required.
