CONSUMER PURCHASES
The NZ legal requirement mandates that in the event of a faulty item, the retailer must provide either a replacement, refund, or repair, contingent upon the specific issue. It’s important to note that the law does not grant consumers the right to a refund solely based on a change of mind. Purchasing an Apollo enclosure is a deliberate decision rather than an impulsive one.
Here are the steps you have taken to ensure you have made an informed decision before purchasing:
- Researched the detailed information regarding each product’s dimensions, weight, and features readily accessible for review and download from our Brochures section.
- Chosen a TV for installation within the enclosure.
- Arranged the installation of a weather-protected outdoor power outlet if required.
- Selected a suitable installation site where the enclosed screen can be safely installed.
- Engaged a professional builder or installer, or plan to utilize our installation video to install the enclosure and bracket yourself.
Given these considerations, we do not accept returns for refund if a customer changes their mind after payment and delivery of the equipment.
COMMERCIAL PURCHASES
The Consumer policy also applies to Commercial purchases from Digi Screens Limited and Apollo enclosure purchases from any of its reseller* suppliers.
Your * reseller may have a different returns policy, please check with them.
