    A commercial digital signage company founded in August 2013, we now have installations from Kerikeri to Dunedin and Franz Joseph to Akaroa – becoming the largest supplier of digital signage to real estate companies in NZ along the way.

  • July 2016

    Digi Screens becomes the exclusive importer/distributor of Apollo weatherproof screen enclosures in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. Our Apollo enclosures are available through a large number of excellent AV and electrical resellers throughout NZ and Australia and we also sell directly to residential and commercial end-users.

  • April 2019

    Digi Screens becomes the exclusive importer/distributor of the Kontech range of outdoor TVs, bathroom TVs and mirror TVs in NZ, and the Pacific Islands. We also supply to Australia.

  • October 2019

    NEXNOVO appointed Digi Screens as an official reseller in New Zealand, authorized to sell install and service NEXNOVO Transparent LED Displays. NEXNOVO’s internationally renown transparent LED technology is used by the world’s leading names, including Mercedes, Sephora, McDonald’s and even features in U2’s world tour stage.

Leonie brings to Digi Screens, a desire to provide a superior marketing and informative product with quality equipment and support. This is a business about people and helping them through the maze of new technology and options without bogging them down in technical jargon.

Having held positions from National Sales Manager – Telecom Xtra, National Sales Manager – TVNZ online, Advertising Manager – Bride & Groom magazine to Reseller News Sales Manager Fairfax Business Group, Leonie has been responsible for delivering innovative and successful advertising campaigns encompassing print, online and events.

Digital signage as a medium was a natural progression for Leonie. While the industry is still in its infancy in NZ the opportunities are everywhere. Leonie wants to help her clients maximise these opportunities and to build their businesses in return. When designing your digital signage installation, Leonie appreciates it’s not about technical details but what that equipment can deliver in terms of marketing, sales, education and knowledge. The one-on-one experience with dynamic screens is an opportunity to engage, much more successfully than through print – be it posters, flyers, real estate cards or office memos.

Leonie has successfully completed her Digital Signage Experts Certification course and is able to competently advise on and complete your installation.

The Digital Signage Experts Group working within the commercial AV/ IT industries as well as the creative community; in cooperation with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, designers, and integrators; has established an industry-wide organisation dedicated to providing impartial and agnostic education and certification standards programs for the complex digital signage industry, and the technologies driving it.

The Magazine Publishers Association presented its prestigious Annual Advertising Sales Achievement Award to Leonie in 2011.

David has worked in the electronics industry in New Zealand since graduating from Auckland University in 1974 with an honours degree in electrical engineering.

With a strong background in electronics and an intuitive approach, he has the ability to think outside the square and interpret a client’s requirements to provide a solidly engineered innovative solution which meets their specific needs.

While choosing to work with multiple suppliers may seem to be the way to secure the best price, doing so may not achieve the best result. Working with just one supplier provides benefits such as single point of contact, coordination of logistics, and post-deployment assistance. You need to be confident that you are fully supported long after the short term benefit of shopping around for cheaper prices is no longer relevant, and you are in the second or third year of your installation.
