Step by Step Guide from enquiry to installation of your Digi Screens
Contact us to set up a phone conversation or meet to discuss your questions, along with your plans and goals for your digital signage installation.
a) At this meeting we appraise your office location; passing foot and car traffic; photograph the windows and wall space; note how screens can be fitted.
b) If you are located out of Auckland, after our phone discussion, you email us photos of your site for appraisal – inside and outside – along with measurements of relevant windows and walls that are your desired screen sites. Alternatively you may request our specialist makes a scoping visit to your site/s – cost to be quoted.
With your goals agreed, we prepare a proposal of how they can be achieved outlining costs and details of:
a. Suitable screens, fixtures and fittings
b. Content delivery – hardware, software and support contract
c. References from current clients and their contact details
d. Payment options – cash or operating lease rates
e. Time frame in which we can complete installation
When the proposal is accepted and either the required deposit or a lease contract is approved, we:
a. Order the hardware
b. Arrange customisation of software and links to your operating system
c. Book an installation time to suit you
d. Train your staff member/s on the operation of the software so they become familiar with the options and customise it to your desired screen layout/s
e. Install the digital signage system to your satisfaction
